The EA RILab Intervention Strategy Workshop brought together over 15 experts from the fields of engineering, business, sociology, Public Health, environment and Agribusiness among others. The workshop used a rapid-paced structured brainstorming to get this team to critically analyze the climate change issue in the Ugandan context, identifying key resilience issues, underlying causes, effects, stakeholder roles and potentials so as to determine where best to intervene in the eco-system if we are to develop solutions that will have transformational impact in respect to building resilience of communities affected by the effects of climate change.
