June 23-24, 2016 witnessed Dr. Harriet Namata, RAN Monitoring and Evaluation Manager take the EA RILab Youth Spark Innovation Grants (YSiG) beneficiaries through the steps of developing the ‘Theory of Change’ for their innovative projects. All the grantees appreciated the process as it enlightened them more on how to further develop their Innovations.
