The workshop on Managing Innovation held January 29-30, 2015 served as a visioning and planning workshop where RAN partners discussed and planned on the best strategies and approaches to ensure operational, successful and impactful RILabs, with respect to incubating and supporting innovator teams. During the workshop, participants, through moderated discussions and group work activities visioned out RAN’s approach to positioning innovations for impact, project management and scaling for impact.
